We learn from the joy in our lives and from the challenges in our lives. A challenge is an opportunity to grow and often in the place in our lives where there is the most stress, and where there may seem no hope or way out of a situation, there wlll be the largest potential for growth and the potential from which something new will evolve.

Daily, we must continue to grow, to shine our light, to continue to be a positive, happy active force in our families and friends lives, to continue to be a part of life other than just a career to help shape our world.

We are similar to a tree. Always growing and helping others to grow, reaching for the sun and stars, sheltering those around us, bringing newness into the world to help others, bending with the winds that may come at us, and being an example for others to follow and join us.

Contentment

In spiritual terms, contentment means that acts of caring or sharing or by helping another person you have added positively to the development or light in that person life.
